My name and several of my classmates names are going to be sent on a mission to reveal the heart of Mars. They will be held in a microchip. So all of our names are soon on our way to Mars!

The Eye
We learned about the eye by creating small diagrams, taking notes, doing experiments, drawing pictures and playing a game. We created diagrams about how light travels into the eye and how we see the image in front of us. One of the experiments we did was using water and plastic to magnify things and see them close up using a ‘water lens’. To create the labeled picture of my eye, I took the picture, then went to Pixlr Express. On Pixlr Express, we added all of the labels. Then we uploaded the edited photo onto Google Drive.
4-PS4-2.Develop a model to describe that light reflecting from objects and entering the eye allows objects to be seen. (This was the introductory activity.)
